Shipping policy
Purchased online and on its way to you as quickly as possible.
We make every effort to assemble and ship each package as quickly as possible.
* Orders placed on weekends or holidays can usually be processed on the next working day (Monday - Friday).
** If your order value is over 999 €, the delivery will be delayed by a few working days due to the export declaration.
When shipping to non-EU countries, additional taxes or costs (e.g. customs duties) may be incurred as part of your order, which will not be paid through us or invoiced by us, but must be paid by you directly to the relevant customs or tax authorities. For details, please contact the relevant authorities.
If the package is not picked up or delivery is not possible due to an address error, the costs incurred will be invoiced. The shipping costs, if any, will not be refunded in case of return.
